What we are looking for
Someone with Cybersecurity + network / infra (Software side) experience, ideally MDM or UEM, Endpoint Management.Good communication skills (as this is a sales role)Experience selling SaaSSome that is hungry to grow the channel and the sales within the region1. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify and Recruit : Define the ideal partner profile for the Indonesian market and actively recruit high-potential partners (e.g., VARs, SIs, Consultancies) aligned with our product and target customer base.Program Implementation : Introduce and negotiate partner agreements, outlining clear performance metrics, margin / incentive structures, and rules of engagement.Enablement : Lead the initial onboarding and enablement process, ensuring partners are fully trained on our SaaS product, value proposition, competitive advantages, marketing materials and sales processes.2. Partner Management & Sales Growth
Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for the regional partner ecosystem, fostering strong, trusting relationships at all levels.Joint Business Planning : Develop and manage joint go-to-market plans with top-tier partners, including defined revenue targets, marketing activities, and sales strategies.Pipeline Generation : Work alongside partner sales teams to identify new opportunities, build a robust regional pipeline, and facilitate joint sales calls and pitches.Performance Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance using key metrics (e.g., pipeline growth, closed revenue, time-to-first-deal, partner satisfaction).3. Strategy & Execution
Market Insight : Gather and communicate regional market feedback, competitive intelligence, and partner insights to internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership) to inform strategy.Channel Program Optimization : Recommend and implement localized adjustments to the global partner program, resources, and incentives to maximize success in Indonesia.Conflict Resolution : Proactively manage potential channel conflict and ensure clear delineation between direct and indirect sales channels.Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company.Expertise : Proven track record of successfully launching or significantly growing a partner channel in Indonesia.SaaS / Technology Acumen : Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, including subscription revenue, cloud technology, and partner-led service delivery (implementation / consulting).Skill Set :Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Bahasa and English is Mandatory.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex sales and business plans.Proficiency with CRM and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce).Attributes : Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable working independently.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Base Camp Recruitment by 2x.
