Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust infrastructure architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Oversee the operation of core infrastructure (servers, storage, OS) including backup, monitoring, and change management.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex system-level issues, including root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Finastra) for issue resolution, upgrades, and technical alignment.
- Drive performance optimization, capacity planning, and security hardening initiatives.
- Supervise DR (Disaster Recovery) systems and conduct regular DR simulation drills.
- Review and validate infrastructure changes, upgrades, and enhancements following governance standards.
- Provide technical direction and mentoring across infrastructure and operations teams.
Qualifications
6–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, system administration, or infrastructure engineering.Strong experience with HP hardware, Linux (RHEL), Windows Server, and middleware like JBoss.Solid background in infrastructure design, integration, monitoring, and performance tuning.Demonstrated experience leading DR readiness and incident resolution processes.Familiarity with vendor platforms (e.g., Finastra) and enterprise-grade support handling.Understanding of IT security best practices, system hardening, and access control.Experience working within regulated environments (e.g., banking / finance).Strong communication and documentation skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination.Seniority Level
