Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university Strong knowledge of Business Law, Law, and Contract Law Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using English and Bahasa Indonesia as working languages and obtaining good communication skills with colleagues and regulators At least 1 year of legal experience Experience working with e-commerce or supply chain management is a plus Knowing BPOM regulations is a plus Ability to evaluate fact situations, identify legal / compliance issues, analyze and understand regulations, and recommend appropriate courses of action Ability to negotiate and review legal contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other third-party entities Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Legal Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting

Responsibilities
- Drafts and reviews various legal documents, and / or negotiates contracts with external partners
- Provides clear and business-driven legal advisory on all legal aspects of company operations, products and services, and strategic partnerships
- Manages external notaries and external legal service providers
- Advises resolutions of disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters including contracts, intellectual property, data, and employment issues affecting the business
- Assists with legal due diligence for various needs
- Support any related jobs assigned by the Head of Legal and / or business stakeholders
