Site Manager

About the role

As a Site Manager at PT Kesuma Bangun Persada, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all construction activities at our project sites in Denpasar, Bali. Reporting directly to the senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely completion of our construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, including monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and managing subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Collaborating with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to address any challenges or design changes
• Managing and motivating the on-site construction team, including supervisors, engineers, and tradespeople
• Maintaining detailed records, reporting on project status, and communicating effectively with the company's management
