• to oversee the construction of new projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate the efforts of on-site personnel including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage the project budget, monitor expenses, and ensure the construction work stays within financial constraints.
• Ensure that construction work complies with all relevant codes, quality standards, and design specifications.
• Maintain a safe working environment on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting regular site safety audits.
• Develop and manage the project timeline, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. Coordinate schedules for all subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee the procurement of construction materials and ensure that they are delivered on time and within the required specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues, challenges, or delays promptly, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the project continues to progress smoothly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders including senior management, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Provide regular progress updates to the project team and senior management.
• Ensure that the project complies with all legal requirements, building codes, environmental regulations, and zoning laws.Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager in large-scale construction projects (preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of diverse professionals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
• Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office.
