Role

As Hygiene Team Leader , you will be responsible to lead and supervise the hygiene team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hygiene, sanitation, or food safety within a luxury resort, restaurant chain or food beverage manufacture.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Environmental Health, Public Health, Agriculture, or related field.
• Strong understanding of food safety, ISO 22000 standards, and local health regulations.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate team effectively.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and strong record-keeping / reporting ability.
• Ability to work hands-on and lead by example.
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
