About the role

As a Regional Acquisition Team Leader, you will lead and optimize the performance of our field acquisition teams within your designated territories across Indonesia. Your focus will be on expanding our Amarthalink agent network through effective field engagement, targeting the integration of LKD Agents, local Warung / Toko Kelontong, and Konter Pulsa into the Amartha ecosystem. You will oversee field operations, analyze performance metrics, and deliver strategic insights to maximize the efficiency and scalability of our initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to impact the growth of Amartha's agent network through strategic field operations. Scope of Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership to field acquisition teams within your territories.
• Ensure new Monthly Transacting Users (MTU) and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets are met monthly.
• Monitor and align field operations with targets and standards.
• Implement measures to prevent and mitigate fraud within the field team.
