Responsibilities

• Handling and supervising the implementation of Company's Payroll process
• Ensure that the payroll tax reporting data is appropriate
• Updating actual payroll data for both store and HQ
• Ensure employee data accuracy with BPJS KS, TK, and Medical Insurance
• Perform monthly annual tax calculations and ensure timely payments
• Ensure that compensation and benefit rules are in line with government regulation
• Creating and mantaining budget forecast related to Combain
• Doing administrative work due to compensation and benefit based on Company Regulation

In April 2015, AFI has opened the first indoor amusement under the name "kidzooona" located in Pluit Village Mall, Jakarta. As in 2020, there are 30 store locations throughout Indonesia and several carnivals. We are planning to do expansion and make the business get bigger to promote joyful playing and learning for children.
