Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with UU Ketenagakerjaan and government regulations related to payroll, taxation (PPH 21), and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records in the Talenta system and HRIS database.
- Prepare payroll-related reports for management and finance departments.
- Handle payroll queries from employees with professionalism and accuracy.
- Support in the implementation of compensation & benefits policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and employee benefits.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll / Compensation & Benefits rolesHands-on familiarity with Talenta System and sound knowledge of PPH 21 regulations (Payroll)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong interpersonal and excellent English communication skillsHigh attention to detail with ability to manage sensitive and confidential informationMachinery & Automation 101-1,000 employees
