About the role
PT Berkah Bekasi Ops' is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our growing finance team in Depok, West Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for our organisation, ensuring all employee payments are managed efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and processing bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and net pay
- Ensuring payroll data is accurate and up-to-date by reviewing timesheets, leave records, and other relevant information
- Calculating and remitting all payroll-related taxes, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions
- Maintaining detailed payroll records and generating payslips and other payroll reports as required
- Answering queries from employees regarding their pay and benefits
- Collaborating with the HR team to onboard new employees and manage changes to employee records
- Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and implementing any necessary process improvements
