Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including collecting attendance, calculating salaries, and related tasks.
- Handle all aspects of employee social security (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) and income tax (PPh 21) administration, including registration, termination, and accurate payment.
- Reconcile payroll transactions and generate comprehensive payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws, staying updated on all changes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records, ensuring data security.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HRM, Accounting, or related field; SMK with relevant experience is welcomed.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated payroll role, with strong emphasis on HRIS and PPh 21 processes.Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll practices, employment tax laws, and labor regulations.Excellent numerical, analytical, and advanced MS Excel skills, with keen attention to detail.Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills to meet deadlines.Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.Seniority level
