Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including collecting attendance, calculating salaries, and related tasks.
• Handle all aspects of employee social security (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) and income tax (PPh 21) administration, including registration, termination, and accurate payment.
• Reconcile payroll transactions and generate comprehensive payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws, staying updated on all changes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records, ensuring data security.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments.
