The HROP Payroll Ops team strives to be the trusted partner to the employees as we respect and value their opinions and honoring our promise in handling sensitive data with integrity. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate, highly independent, self-driven with a growth mindset and is keen on accepting challenges yet remain humble with the aim of learning and growing with the team.

Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory reporting;
• 2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy;
• 3. Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes;
• 4. Provide payroll reporting & analysis with the Finance team and assist with internal and external audits;
• 5. Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA;
• 6. Develop relationships with authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc;

7. Partnering and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.
