• Oversee digital analytic and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Manage digital content, website performance, and social media presence.
• Explore new digital channels and technologies (e.g., influencer marketing, automation tools).
• Build and maintain strong media relations with relevant journalists, influencers, and outlets.
• Lead crisis communication planning and execution.
• Manage internal and external communication strategies, including press releases, speeches, and events.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across communications, digital, and PR functions.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships.
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and ROI tracking for marketing and PR activities.
• Drive brand positioning and narrative to support business growth and stakeholder trust.
• Monitor and manage brand reputation across digital platforms and public forums.

The Successful Applicant
