Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong working knowledge of Slack, Google Workspace, and reporting tools (e.g., Sheets, Notion, or CRMs).
Familiar with online reputation management and platforms like Trustpilot.
Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
