Job description

Manage and respond to all customer support requests via Slack, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Handle technical client communication, clarifying platform issues, processes, and service-related concerns.

Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Trustpilot; manage public feedback and contribute to improving the firm's online reputation.

Write and submit strategic 5-star reviews to enhance the company's overall review rating.

Track influencer campaign performance and compile regular reports for internal use.

Research and reach out to new influencers in the trading and finance space to support marketing initiatives.

Act as a reliable support to the leadership team, assisting with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in operations, customer success, or executive support roles.
Prior experience in finance, fintech, or proprietary trading is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong working knowledge of Slack, Google Workspace, and reporting tools (e.g., Sheets, Notion, or CRMs).
Familiar with online reputation management and platforms like Trustpilot.
Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
