Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
• Establish operational benchmarks, set targets, and ensure performance meets organizational goals.
• Drive store performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to address underperforming areas.
• Implement training programs to develop employees' skills in customer service, sales, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied customer.
• Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high-performance sales.
• Implement risk management processes and ensure regular audits are conducted to identify and address operational issues.
