Executive Professional Medical Representative - Yogyakarta

Major Responsibilities
- Understand the market and category opportunities within territory to identify opportunities for market share growth at the customer / account level
- Maintain deep, current knowledge about medical and nutritional science, the evolving healthcare landscape, and emerging digital trends to support selling and educating HCPs about Abbott products
- Develop and execute multichannel customer engagement plans that generate demand for Abbott brand products and grow recommendation and market share
- Leverage information about customer segmentation, type and behaviors to inform engagement and account management strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs throughout the customer account to expand customer network
- Secure commitment to recommend Abbott products by increasing HCP knowledge about nutrition’s role in patient quality of life and the benefits of Abbott products through consultative selling
- Define and deliver a Unique Value Proposition from the HCP perspective by uncovering needs and priorities using multichannel touchpoints
- Deliver consultative sales calls to expand HCP knowledge of nutritional interventions, manage objections, and gain commitment to Abbott products and brand-building activities
- Establish target customers and develop customer plans to achieve coverage, frequency and call rate objectives
- Implement customer segmentation, identify new leads / customers and report daily activities
- Use data from digital and omnichannel activities to refine HCP profiles and tailor engagement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education regarding nutrition and Abbott brands, influencing customer and patient choices
- Measure progress against customer and account objectives and take action to meet targets and KPIs
- Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Science or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years of experience as medical sales representative (Senior level) or Minimum 10 years for Executive levelMedical sales experience in nutrition / pharmaceuticals, working with HCPsOutgoing, self-confident, enthusiastic, and people-orientedExperience in uncovering, planning, and winning tenders in the assigned territoryExperience in using and influencing HCPs and KOLs via multiple channelsExperience in developing account strategies aligned with the customer / patient journeyAbility to identify and deliver value to HCPs through end-to-end customer- and consumer-focused orientationKnowledge of current and emerging digital tools relevant to HCP engagementAbility to gather and interpret customer information to derive actionsUnderstanding of financial KPIs and customer value chainFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
