Job Description
- Manage all sales activities for home appliance products within modern trade channels.
- Manage and grow a high-performing team of key account managers to build strong relationships with major retail partners.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure flawless channel execution.
- Monitor and report on channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions.
- Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure product availability and proper display according to company standards.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock availability, and competitor activities (daily / weekly / monthly).
- Provide market feedback to management regarding sales trends, customer needs, and competitor movements.
- Controlling AR Aging that is Over Due.
Qualifications
Have experience in Sales Modern Chanel at least 3 years (Electronic or home applience preferred)Have experience driving growth in the modern retail channelStrong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with key retail partnersExcellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and translate insights into effective business strategiesHave experience collaborative with modern market dealers, such as : Electronic City, Erablue, Court,Best andetc.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related fieldGood Fluent in English both written and spoken#J-18808-Ljbffr
