Uraian TugasDevelop, implement, and monitor the company's annual budgets and financial forecasts. Conduct variance analysis, providing recommendations to management for corrective actions as needed. Perform financial analysis to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes. Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize overall financial performance. Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and standards. Coordinate internal and external audits, and manage any findings or recommendations resulting from the audits. Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for smooth operations. Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and improve working capital management. Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize financial efficiency. Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting managerial roles. Experience with Big 4 public accounting firms is preferred. Prior experience in the retail industry is a must. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and strong attention to detail.
