OVERALL PURPOSE / ROLES
Our Sales team supports our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs, and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems in meeting the goals of patients in their communities.
Professional Medical Representative is responsible to achieve sales objectives, increase market share growth of product lines, and represent and promote the company within the specified activity.
SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Activity
- Achieved targets and delivered high customer service to existing and potential customers.
- Conducted presentations / details to doctors, practice staff, nurses in hospitals, hospital doctors, and pharmacists related to products and new product launches.
- Planned work schedules for weekly and monthly visits and prepared reports.
- Regularly attended company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings.
- Monitored competitor activity and competitors' products.
- Collaborated with team managers to plan contact approaches and create effective business plans.
Customer and Distributor Relationship
Built and maintained strong relationships with customers.QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Minimum bachelor’s degree or academic in health-related / medical major, preferably in Pharmacy.Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position and pharmaceutical industry (Vaccine Business Unit).Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving in response to communication challenges and opportunities.Attention to detail.Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure, especially in a crisis or issue.Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues.Strong medical communication skills.Willing to be placed around Indonesia during employment.REQUIRED SKILLS
