Conduct prospecting, mapping, and identification of potential partners—both within and outside the group—to achieve business targets through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, online platforms, and other channels.
Deliver presentations, prepare supporting documents, conduct negotiations, and close deals with clients.
Monitor sales processes to track progress, identify challenges, evaluate achievements, and assist the team in finding solutions to ensure timely target and revenue attainment.
Perform handover to the Client Management team and ensure that all handover processes are carried out in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnership roles.
Preferably experienced in financial services, FMCG, loyalty programs, or payment gateway industries.
Self-starter with strong networking capabilities and a passion for achieving targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills, particularly in business analysis and customer acquisition.
Good understanding of payment gateway and loyalty systems.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
