Legal Counsel - Data Center Industry

Key Responsibilities :

• Contract Management :

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, procurement contracts, and real estate leases.

Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including data protection, environmental regulations, and industry-specific standards.

Assist in corporate governance matters, including the preparation of board resolutions, corporate filings, and maintaining corporate records.

Manage and resolve legal disputes, including handling litigation, arbitration, and other forms of dispute resolution.

Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, including conducting due diligence and managing legal aspects of transaction agreements.

Oversee legal matters related to the acquisition, development, and management of data center properties.

Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Advise on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, ensuring compliance with global data protection laws, such as GDPR.
