Uraian TugasMinimum education of SMK / D3 Civil Engineering or equivalent. Have at least 1–2 years of experience in construction (building, road, or infrastructure). Have good leadership and communication skills. Willing to be placed on the project site. Minimum education : Vocational High School / Diploma 3 (Diploma 3) in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the construction field (buildings, roads, or infrastructure). Strong leadership and communication skills. Willing to be placed on-site. The Role
- Supervise the implementation of daily construction work in the field.
- Ensure the quality of work according to company standards and contracts.
- Manage work schedules and supervise field work teams.
- Report project progress, constraints, and material needs to the Project Manager.
- Maintain compliance with K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations.
- Oversee the daily implementation of construction work in the field.
- Ensure work quality meets company and contract standards.
- Manage work schedules and supervise field teams.
- Report project progress, obstacles, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
- Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
