Uraian Tugas

About the role

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel SPV to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Surabaya. you will play a strategic role in driving the growth and development of our products.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing national-level strategies to expand Infinix's Clients offerings and market share
  • Managing a team of distributors gadget store and clients specialists to deliver high-quality solutions to our Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and internal teams
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving the sales process to secure new contracts
  • Overseeing the delivery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to the broader organisation on Mocan-related matters

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience 2+years handling sales team
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and expanding Retail-related businesses or service lines
  • Strong technical expertise in Smartphone technologies, including IoT, artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English languages
