As HCGA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing strong foundations of Human Capital and General Affairs across all companies under the holding structure — ensuring that our people, processes, and governance systems grow as fast as our business.
What You Will Do
As HCGA Manager, you will oversee and professionalize the group’s Human Capital & General Affairs function, ensuring alignment between corporate holding and all business entities. You will build policies, strengthen culture, manage risks, and ensure operational excellence across subsidiaries.
- Design, implement, and standardize HCGA frameworks (HR, GA, Legal Compliance, Industrial Relations) across the holding and subsidiaries.
- Partner with the CEO Office and leadership to support the creation of new business entities, including people strategy, organizational design, and compliance setup.
- Develop and execute Manpower Planning across the group, ensuring the right talent pipeline, headcount optimization, and future workforce readiness.
- Act as a Group Controller for HCGA, monitoring and reporting performance, compliance, and execution across all entities.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the group attracts and retains top talent.
- Build and enforce company culture, driving accountability, excellence, and discipline in all units.
- Manage general affairs : facilities, assets, contracts, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the bridge between holding and subsidiaries, ensuring every entity operates with standardized processes while allowing room for growth and creativity.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in HCGA operations and propose actionable solutions.
- Support corporate governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance dashboards, compliance reports, and HCGA insights to C-Level and CEO Office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (HCGA, HRBP, HR Operations, Industrial Relations, or General Affairs).Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, compliance, and company establishment processes.Experience in multi-entity or holding company structures is highly preferred.Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on, proactive, and disciplined — able to balance strategy with execution.Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities across subsidiaries.On-site presence required with mobility across entities when needed.Preferred / Bonus Experience
Experience in fast-scaling organizations, startups, or healthcare / venture businesses.Proven track record in building HC or GA systems from scratch.Exposure to M&A, company establishment, or restructuring projects.Familiarity with GRC frameworks and corporate governance standards.What You’ll Get
