As we scale into a multi-entity holding structure, we are looking for a Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Manager who will take charge of building and leading a robust financial backbone. You will play a central role in establishing and standardizing financial systems, ensuring compliance, and enabling our aggressive growth into new businesses and markets. Joining us means being part of an ambitious organization, working directly with the CEO and leadership team to design the financial architecture of a group that will shape industries across Southeast Asia.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be part of the Corporate Holding Team, reporting directly to the CEO and Group Directors. You will oversee finance, accounting, and tax across multiple entities and ensure best practices are implemented consistently throughout the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and oversee the Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) function across the holding and all subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement financial control systems that ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
• Design and execute group-wide accounting standards, reporting templates, and tax planning strategies.
• Consolidate financial statements from multiple entities into one group-level report for executive decision-making.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and business leaders by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across business units.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, while proactively managing tax efficiency and risks.
• Support the establishment of new business entities (legal, tax, and accounting setup) as the group expands into healthcare, creative, and venture businesses.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize financial processes and cash flow management.
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external financial partners.
• Build and mentor a lean but high-performing FAT team that can scale with the organization.
