Assistant Brand Manager

Uraian TugasCoordinate with product, supply chain, procurement, RA, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth workflow across functions. Lead product development timelines and follow up on key milestones to ensure on‑time delivery. Handle communication of product development requirements, sampling feedback, and packaging confirmation. Balance delivery timelines, cost control, and quality standards, resolving issues throughout the development process. Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept, development, sampling, testing, launch to phase‑out. Track product performance across markets and provide actionable suggestions for improvement (pricing, packaging, specifications, etc.). Establish and maintain product information databases (e.g., spec sheets, packaging files, pricing records). Assist in preparation of documents for product testing, registration, and legal compliance. Map out product management processes and promote standardization of key workflow steps. Support development and maintenance of operational SOPs (e.g., packaging design, sampling, file archiving).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with end-to-end product development and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong logical thinking, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic data analysis skills and solid market understanding.
- Proficient in English for daily communication, including emails and meetings (Proficient in Mandarin will be a plus).
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
