Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and surpass revenue and profit targets.
- Set and execute strategic sales plans for both new business development and key account retention.
- Build senior-level client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Drive high-value contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and solution proposals.
- Oversee sales pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and emerging customer demands.
- Work closely with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Represent the company at key industry events and networking opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years in B2B sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in printing, packaging, or closely related industries .
- Demonstrated success in selling directly to customers.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and team development skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capabilities.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients and teams.
