This position reports to : Sales Manager - Channel. The work model for the role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Design promotional strategy in line with the sales strategy.
Plan and timely execute promotional activities with appropriate technical content for the target audience.
Lead, develop, and coach the Technical Design and Promotions team to maintain high technical knowledge.
Align the promotional strategy and activities with the sales strategy and sales activities plan.
Provide on-time and quality technical support and training to the target audience to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Create business opportunities by engaging with key decision-makers within buying and non-buying segments.
Provide support to customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem solving.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

5+ years in design, engineering, and consulting, particularly in electrical systems.

Experience providing technical consulting and tailored design solutions in client-facing roles.

Experience managing, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with specialized consultants in electrical design and system integration.

Experience working with contractors to ensure successful design execution and installation.
