This position reports to : Sales Manager - Channel. The work model for the role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional strategy in line with the sales strategy.
• Plan and timely execute promotional activities with appropriate technical content for the target audience.
• Lead, develop, and coach the Technical Design and Promotions team to maintain high technical knowledge.
• Align the promotional strategy and activities with the sales strategy and sales activities plan.
• Provide on-time and quality technical support and training to the target audience to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Create business opportunities by engaging with key decision-makers within buying and non-buying segments.
• Provide support to customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem solving.
