Our client in FMCG company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join their team and drive sales performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive sales performance across assigned channels (GT, MT, OOH).
- Deliver sales growth by achieving volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
- Manage and develop strong partnerships with distributors and key customers.
- Execute sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and market penetration.
- Ensure excellence in market execution and expand product distribution.
- Provide timely and accurate market insights, competitor updates, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Min. 2 years of experience working directly for a principal in FMCG sales with exposure to GT, MT, or OOH channels.Strong distributor and / or key account management capabilities.Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets.Highly driven, result-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.Open to relocation to assigned areas across Indonesia.If you’re passionate about driving channel growth, building strong customer relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced FMCG environment — we’d love to hear from you.
