Uraian TugasBachelor degree or above, major in engineering relevant (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, etc.) Familiar with 6Sigma and other engineering methods Proficient in FMEA, DOE, FTA, 8D, SPC, MSA and other engineering tools Familiar with IATF16949 quality system Strong data analysis with Minitab or JMP and processing capabilities Strong logical analysis ability, communication and coordination ability At least 8 years of work experience in automotive or energy industry or At least 3 years of work experience in team management English or (Being able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage) What's your expected monthly basic salary? - Responsible for continuous improvement of mass production (FTY / YU / Quality Improvement, etc.)

- Responsible for new team members hiring and training
