Manufacturing Process Engineer

Participate in the implementation and on-site follow-up of manufacturing process technologies during product production, including but not limited to the following tasks :

Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing-end technology implementation during new product development. Participate in new product development projects, assist in process route design and fixture design under mentor guidance, and track and manage product trial production, pilot production / mass production issues with closed-loop management.
• Develop and implement solutions for process technology issues; participate in product optimization and manufacturability enhancements during manufacturing.
• Manage on-site production line processes, coordinate resolution of daily process quality issues, track progress, implement corrective actions, and provide timely feedback on process information.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor production line process documentation; promptly address finished product feedback, ensuring timely and accurate technical modifications.
