Job Description

  • Increase revenue for banks and optimize in terms of costs.
  • Optimize each existing campaign by optimizing from the results of the post campaign
  • Responsible for BAU and Adhoc reporting, audits, and regulatory
  • Ensuring SLAs and improving SLAs
  • Lead and ensure the profitability of the campaign to achieve the bank's overall profitability target.
  • Ensure campaign effectiveness by optimizing the number of campaigns and contact management.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the reports sent is correct and accurate
  • Collaborate with businesses to enable champion and challenger campaigns
  • Innovating customer loyalty so that there is a relationship between customers and banks.
  • Collaborate with Campaign, Analytics, Data Science Dept Head, Business partners, and other stakeholders to optimize campaign profitability.
  • Responsible for recruiting, developing, retaining talent in the campaign team and becoming the best in the industry.

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics or data science-related position, preferably in IT Analytics Team
  • Competent with a variety of tagging, optimization, and online analytics technologies (including Google Analytics, Optimizely, GTM, Heap, and Segment), as well as BI / data visualization tools like Mode
  • Expertise with A / B testing techniques, experimentation, and personalization
  • Ability to balance technical and commercial viewpoints, as well as expertise interacting with both non-technical stakeholders and members of technical teams
  • Experience with statistical analytic methodologies
