Head of Marketing and Communications responsible for developing and leading the school's marketing and communications strategy, building the WCIJ brand, and supporting recruitment, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the school’s overall marketing and communications strategy.
- Build and manage the WCIJ brand across all channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Drive student recruitment campaigns, enrolment pipelines, and retention efforts.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO / SEM, website management, and email marketing.
- Lead content creation efforts (written, visual, and video) for internal and external audiences.
- Manage public relations, media engagement, and partnerships.
- Support event planning and execution for admissions, outreach, and community engagement.
- Collaborate closely with academic and operational leadership to align messaging and school positioning.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Marketing team.
