Overview
Lead a team to deliver reliable & efficient distribution and logistics services in the market. Manage warehousing, logistics, planning, operations compliance, inventory control, imports / exports, project management, process improvement and strategy to ensure high performance and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day support operations, ensuring efficient execution aligned with operational goals.
- Own operational decisions and continuous improvement within distribution and logistics support functions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve logistical issues and ensure cohesive operation.
- Manage and develop the logistics support team, providing training and performance management.
- Develop warehousing infrastructure and partner capacity to support pick‑up and home delivery.
- Ensure all warehousing locations comply with local regulations and quality requirements.
- Drive sustainability and process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for distribution and logistics activities.
- Support planning team with forecasting accuracy and inventory replenishment.
- Monitor distribution and logistics KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
10–15 years of supply‑chain or distribution operations experience, with 5–7 years in management.Strong leadership, communication and team‑management skills.Proficiency in English and native language of market; bilingual preferred.Analytical, planning, negotiation and project‑management abilities.Computer skills with inventory management systems and ERP like Oracle preferred.Knowledge of local regulations impacting product storage and distribution.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Science or Logistics, or relevant certification.
