We’re a global smart mobility SaaS company with 2M+ subscribers across 23 countries, seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and optimize processes for peak performance.
• Lead after-sales support and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Manage installation schedules, quality control, and fault reporting
• Supervise control room activities and maintain operational compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across functions.
• Align local operations with regional goals, manage budgets, and report KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in a managerial role
• Proven leadership across multi-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English
