Responsibilities
- Handle day to day customer FX and derivative business . Provide hedging and investment solutions and offerings
- Soft skills; As part of a FX and Derivative sales desk, candidate is expected to demonstrate good communication and teamwork culture.
- Provide sales pitch and presentation . Able to create an deliver sales pitch to client and internal stakeholders with confidence.
- Active participation and contribute in team discussions , providing new ideas and solutions – including strategy sessions.
- Work closely with Corporate Relationship Managers to provide client with a bundled one-bank solution.
- Ability to multi-task work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Technical skills : Good understanding of Global Markets products and its application. Proficient with dealing systems
- Market analysis and interpretation : The ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and understand their implications for clients' business.
Requirements
Bachelor degree from reputable universityHighly motivated and result oriented with proven track record of sales target achievement, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitudePersistent and resilient in tackling difficult situations. Proactive and Self-StartingHave relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a strong track record in sales and advisory rolesDemonstrated expertise in the domestic corporate segment of the Global Financial Markets business, with a deep understanding of financial products and market dynamicsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teamsProven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practicesApply Now
