Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Engineer role located on site in Jakarta and Surabaya. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, collaborating closely with the sales team to provide tailored solutions, and driving sales growth through customer engagement. The role involves conducting product presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Engineering skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Technical Support expertise, with a strong understanding of product features and functionality
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting client expectations
• Preferred qualifications : experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
