We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (both internal and external) to deliver impactful solutions. The Business Analyst will contribute to digital transformation projects, including generative AI innovations.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and needs. Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for projects. Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to align business processes with technical implementations.
• Documentation and Reporting : Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement : Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement. Design and implement optimized workflows using data-driven insights. Facilitate workshops or brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to innovate solutions.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams : Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements. Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams during the development lifecycle. Assist in testing solutions to validate that business requirements are met.
• Data Analysis and Decision Support : Leverage tools like Excel, SQL, or visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data and identify trends. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
