Job Description
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local and national regulations, including related to Data Privacy and Protection.
- Advise senior management on legal matters related to the company's operations.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the fintech industry and adapt company practices accordingly.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
