• About the Role
• AIA is seeking Data Analyst who will be responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes.
• Key responsibilities :
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, pattern, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate result effectively and monitor metrics to measure business performance
• Prepare comprehensive reports and performance monitoring tracker to stakeholders within Partnership Distribution Department.
• Develop and automate data collection, analysis and reporting process.
• Ensure the reports are delivered on time with the highest level of accuracy
• Retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to answering specific questions, increasing productivity, or improving sales performance.
• Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics / Mathematics / Statistics / Information Technology or any related field.
• Min. 3 years working experience in data analysis field and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point), SQL, Power BI or other similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge about insurance business
