Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Kresna Hospitality team. The primary focus of this role is to build and strengthen partnerships with offline travel agents and Private / Government Corporations as key booking sources, while driving revenue growth through effective negotiations and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new partnerships with offline travel agents.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiate rates, and establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and develop effective sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy.
  • Maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Hotel Sales / Travel Agency / Hospitality industry.
  • Strong existing network with offline travel agents is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to present competitive value propositions.
  • Proactive, result-driven, and target-oriented personality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Product for reporting and administration
