    Requirements :

  • Minimum holds a Bachelor's Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial and sales experience, with at least 3 years as a manager and the ability to collaborate with key roles at the C-level.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Facility Management / Financial Services / New Technology or industries that are connected to it.
  • Understand and familiar with the end‑to‑end tender process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyzed critically.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good English writing and speaking skills.
  • Have a sufficiency knowledge of Business Development.

    Position Overview :

    As a Business Development (Offline Sales) team, you will be responsible for managing our offline sales channels, including handling distribution, modern trade (MT), and general trade (GT). You'll also work with potential partners such as large retail chains, beauty stores, and salon.

    Responsibilities :

  • Expand distribution through retail outlets, and beauty trade stores to achieve sales target
  • Build good relationship with key stakeholders, distributors, and retailers
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities for growth opportunities.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in offline sales, preferably within the beauty or related industry.
