Responsibilities

Define product vision & strategy : Understand customer needs, market trends, and business goals to set clear product direction.

Own the product roadmap : Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on impact, effort, and alignment with company strategy.

Lead cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Drive execution : Translate product ideas into clear requirements and user stories, and manage delivery through agile development cycles.

Measure success : Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate on the product based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback.

Customer obsession : Advocate for users by conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to ensure the best customer experience.

Stakeholder management : Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to leadership and key stakeholders.

Champion experimentation and A / B testing as a driver of growth and decision-making

Requirements

Advanced level of English.

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.

Ability to define and deliver strategic roadmaps with measurable business impact.

Solid analytical skills; confident working with SQL or similar tools to deep dive into data.

Self-organized, with strong prioritization and time management.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in OTA / e-commerce platforms.

Exposure to international markets or localization.
