Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Investment Associate located in Jakarta, Indonesia with some work-from-home flexibility. The Investment Associate will be responsible for conducting deal sourcing, financial modeling, performing due diligence, analyzing market trends, and supporting investment decisions. The role involves working closely with startups and other stakeholders to support the execution of accelerator programs and investment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity or Investment Banking is a must
• Familiarity with the innovation or startup ecosystem is a plus
• Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
