After Sales Supervisor (Automotive)

📌 Position : After Sales Supervisor 📍 Location : Jakarta 🕒 Employment Type : Full-Time Job Description : We are seeking a proactive and experienced After Sales Supervisor to oversee and enhance the performance of our aftersales operations.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong leadership skills, extensive experience in automotive aftersales management, and the ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities : Responsible for achieving key operational indicators and accountable for the operational performance of the department.

Organize all aftersales staff to execute marketing activities and ensure the effectiveness of such initiatives.

Oversee the implementation of customer experience-based repair services and ensure delivery quality.

Manage the full vehicle lifecycle, including mandatory and periodic maintenance, and ensure optimal execution.

Implement aftersales service policies for fleet customers and ensure effective 24 / 7 service and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.

Supervise aftersales staff discipline and ensure compliance with company regulations within the aftersales department.

Execute 5S management in the field, ensure production safety, and be accountable for the results.

Maintain cross-departmental communication and coordination.

Complete other tasks assigned by management, including temporary assignments.

Report directly to the Head of Department.

Qualifications : Minimum diploma degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.

Experienced in corporate operational management, automotive usage and maintenance, and repair technologies.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience independently managing an automotive aftersales department.

Solid knowledge of operational user management, target setting, financial control, HR management, 7S management, and spare parts management.

Possess a valid driver’s license and able to drive confidently.

Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
