Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements / contracts, including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice to support business activities and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
  • Advise management on legal strategies, especially related to fintech regulations and financial services.
  • Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments affecting the company.
  • Manage legal disputes, represent the company in litigation or regulatory matters, and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably experience in fintech, finance, or banking sectors.
  • Knowledge of fintech regulations, including OJK or relevant authorities.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and legal document drafting.
  • Strong business acumen, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strategic risk management skills.
