This position is responsible for monitoring equipment health status and providing technical support to ensure successful PdM execution on site. This position also coordinates, monitors, and produces analytical reports of each site’s equipment health while liaising with OEM dealers and 3rd party vendors for technical support, regular condition monitoring, and contamination control audits to ensure sustainability of improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all safety awareness and maintain compliance with PTP company regulation, PTP Golden Rules, safety procedures and environmental policies.
• Maintain and control equipment health data collection compliance (online and offline data) and updates of NDT inspections (Swing Bearing, Undercarriage, Bucket, Dump Body, Chassis / Frame).
• Regularly review and analyze machine electronic data (Oil, Coolant, Grease, Magnetic plugs, Filter cut analysis) with recommended action and report.
• Actively liaise with the PdM team on analysis and recommendation follow-ups; PdM WO creation, execution priority and quality, and action feedback follow-ups.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including the SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of the programs in conformance with official standards, requirements and procedures; confirm execution of the SHE responsibilities meet the intended outcomes, Target Zero LTI, and ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.
